1.1 Scope of Operations: Expressnow Logistics Ja provides international air freight and sea freight forwarding, freight consolidation, customs clearance assistance, local package pickup, and personal door-to-door delivery services operating primarily within Jamaica and from overseas receiving hubs.
1.2 Air Freight Services: Express shipment transit from overseas receiving facilities to Jamaica, subject to airline schedules and Jamaica Customs Agency inspection timelines.
1.3 Sea Freight Services: Ocean shipment handling for larger, heavy, or non-urgent cargo from overseas receiving facilities to Jamaica, subject to ocean carrier schedules and customs clearance processing.
1.4 Local Pickups and Personal Delivery: Local pickup services from designated locations and final personal delivery directly to the Customer’s specified residential or commercial address within primary service areas.
2.1 Accurately Declared Cargo & Invoicing: The Customer must supply true, accurate, and complete invoice values, item descriptions, and supplier documentation for all packages prior to arrival in Jamaica.
2.2 Packaging Standards: The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that goods are packaged securely in materials suitable to withstand the ordinary risks of handling, air/sea transit, and road transportation.
2.3 Compliance with Import Regulations: The Customer warrants compliance with all Jamaican import regulations, including obtaining required permits, licenses, or approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., Trade Board Limited, Ministry of Health, Agriculture Ministry, Spectrum Management Authority) prior to importation.
3.1 Standard of Care: Expressnow Logistics Ja agrees to handle, store, and transport Customer shipments with reasonable care and skill in accordance with standard commercial freight handling practices in Jamaica.
3.2 Delivery Commitments: Standard delivery or pickup readiness timeframes are one (1) to two (2) business days after a package status is updated to "Ready for Pickup" or "Ready for Delivery" in the Logisticja customer portal. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed arrival times.

4.2 Administrative & Handling Fees: A mandatory Processing Fee of $200 JMD applies to every individual package processed through the Logisticja network.
4.3 Additional Charges: Rates exclude Jamaican Customs Duties, Environmental Levies, GCT, Administrative Customs Clearance Fees, Storage Charges, and Special Handling fees assessed by the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) or third-party regulatory authorities.
4.4 Payment Terms: All accumulated freight charges, duties, processing fees, and taxes must be paid in full upfront prior to package release, pickup, or final delivery.
4.5 Storage Fees: Packages remaining unclaimed at a Logisticja collection point or warehouse beyond fifteen (15) calendar days after being marked "Ready for Pickup" will accrue a storage fee of $100 JMD per day per package until collected or disposed of under Section 7.3.
5.1 Standard Liability & High-Value Item Claims: If an item is proven to be lost, missing, or damaged while under the direct physical care and handling of Expressnow Logistics Ja (supported by valid merchant receipts, supplier invoices, and warehouse entry logs):
Standard Shipments: Compensation is limited strictly to the actual proven declared merchant value or up to $100 USD (or JMD equivalent) per package, whichever is lower.
Declared High-Value Items: For items declared as high-value, compensation for proven loss or damage occurring while in the custody of Expressnow Logistics Ja shall be capped at either up to $100 USD or up to 50% of the proven declared item value, whichever amount is determined by Expressnow Logistics Ja during claim assessment, unless optional extended third-party marine/cargo insurance was formally purchased prior to origin receipt.
5.2 Exclusions from Liability: Expressnow Logistics Ja accepts no liability for:
Fragile items damaged due to insufficient or improper internal/external manufacturer packaging.
Loss, damage, or seizure occurring prior to delivery to our overseas receiving warehouse or after package release/handover to the customer.
Loss, damage, or delays caused by customs physical inspections, confiscation, or legal seizures by the Jamaica Customs Agency.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, income, or business opportunity).
5.3 Damage and Claims Window: Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting merchant invoices, tracking numbers, and photographic evidence within seven (7) calendar days of package collection/receipt or official notification of loss. Failure to submit within this window constitutes a full waiver of the claim.
6.1 Absolute Prohibitions: The Customer agrees not to ship any items listed on the Jamaica Customs Agency blocked/restricted list or applicable international aviation/maritime hazardous goods regulations, including but not limited to:
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts, and replica weapons.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, and unapproved medical products.
Flammable liquids, compressed gases, corrosives, poison, or hazardous chemicals.
Cash, currency, bullion, negotiable instruments, precious metals, and live animals.
6.2 Inspection and Refusal: Expressnow Logistics Ja reserves the right to open, inspect, X-ray, or refuse processing for any package reasonably suspected of containing prohibited or illegal items. Illegal goods will be turned over immediately to Jamaican law enforcement authorities.
7.1 Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: OPEN (Operating hours as posted per location)
Public Holidays / Weekends: Limited or no service availability unless explicitly communicated.
7.2 Failed Delivery Procedures: If personal delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or unpaid fees, the package will return to the primary warehouse. The Customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges or picking up the item in person.
7.3 Unclaimed Cargo Disposal: Any package remaining uncollected or unpaid for more than sixty (60) calendar days from arrival shall be deemed abandoned. Expressnow Logistics Ja reserves the right to auction, sell, or destroy abandoned cargo to recover accrued freight, storage, and handling costs without further notice to the Customer.
Expressnow Logistics Ja shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, fires, pandemics, acts of government or customs authorities, airline/shipping line delays, strikes, or civil unrest.
9.1 Complaints Process: Any complaint or dispute must first be submitted in writing to management at [email protected]. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter amicably within fourteen (14) business days under the oversight of Management (Managed by General Manager Imani Holmes).
9.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any unresolved legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jamaica.
Expressnow Logistics Ja collects and processes personal information (including name, contact details, ID numbers, delivery addresses, and invoice data) solely to provide freight services, perform customs clearance, process payments, and communicate package updates. Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill delivery services or to comply with statutory legal requirements from Jamaican regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
Expressnow Logistics Ja reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided by publishing updated terms on Logisticja.com and updating the "Published at" date. Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12.1 Termination by Company: Expressnow Logistics Ja reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer account immediately without notice in cases of fraud, non-payment, abuse of staff, or breach of these terms.
12.2 Account Deletion by Customer: Customers may request to delete or close their user account at any time, provided that no active packages, uncollected shipments, or outstanding balances are listed on or linked to the user profile.
13.1 Claim & Refund Submissions: All requests for refunds or damage/loss payouts under Section 5.1 must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of transaction or package receipt, accompanied by proof of payment, merchant invoice, and proof of damage/loss.
13.2 Refund Payout Procedures: Refund requests and loss/damage claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved compensation for missing or damaged items (up to $100 USD or up to 50% of declared high-value items as outlined in Section 5.1), as well as overcharges or duplicate billing, will be issued via store credit or bank transfer within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days. Freight processing charges and delivery fees for successfully completed transport are non-refundable.
14.1 Referral Program:
Referrer Reward: $200 JMD Store Credit (issued once the referred user completes their first paid shipment).
Referee Reward: $100 JMD Store Credit applied toward their initial shipment.
14.2 Loyalty Program:
Earn 10 Points for every $1,000 JMD spent on qualifying freight charges.
Loyalty points may be redeemed for shipping discounts or account credits in accordance with active program terms published on Logisticja.com. Store credits and loyalty points carry no cash value and are non-transferable.
